It began in Indiranagar with a single home oven and a Sunday-afternoon obsession. The first batch of 24 cheesecakes sold out in a WhatsApp group within 45 minutes. The second batch broke the oven.
The neighbours started calling.
Then the neighbours' friends.
Word travelled the way good food does in Bangalore: by aunty WhatsApp forward. Soon, weekly orders crossed 100. We hired a second baker. We bought a second oven. We named the brand "One More" because no one ever stopped at one.
We took the kitchen to the city.
Sundays at Cubbon Park. Saturdays at Indiranagar Sunday Soul. A sky-blue popsicle cart, hand-painted, parked under a tree. Strangers became regulars. Regulars became friends.
Manyata. Bagmane. Embassy. RMZ.
Corporate orders started small (50 boxes for a Diwali launch) and exploded fast. By year-end, we were doing 300+ orders a month for offices across Bangalore. Custom branding. 48-hour delivery. Same recipe. Bigger kitchen.
One Pringle. Two days. A million views.
The chocolate-dipped Pringles started as a Friday-evening kitchen experiment. We posted a 9-second video on Instagram. It hit a million views in 48 hours. Our DMs broke. We added "viral" to the menu permanently.
One kitchen. One mission.
One is never enough.
We've grown from one oven to twelve. From a kitchen counter to a 2,000 sq ft studio on 100 Feet Road. But every recipe still starts the same way: in her kitchen. Tasted by her. Approved by her. Then by you.
