We take pride in preparing every dessert fresh to order using high-quality ingredients with zero added preservatives. Since our products are freshly made and highly perishable, this Refund, Cancellation & Replacement Policy explains the circumstances under which cancellations, refunds, or replacements may be available.
1. Freshly Prepared Products
Every order is prepared specifically for you only after your order has been confirmed.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted.
2. Order Cancellation
Cancellation requests may be considered only if preparation of the order has not yet commenced.
Once preparation has begun, the order cannot be cancelled.
3. Refund & Replacement Eligibility
Refunds or replacements may be considered only in the following verified situations:
- Incorrect product delivered.
- Missing item(s) from the order.
- Product delivered in a contaminated or unsafe condition.
- Product received beyond its safe consumption period.
- Significant quality issues verified by One More.
4. Situations Not Eligible
Refunds, replacements, or cancellations will not be provided for:
- Change of mind.
- Personal taste or preference.
- Incorrect order placed by the customer.
- Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.
- Customer unavailable at the time of delivery.
- Minor variations in decoration, colour, toppings, or presentation, as each dessert is handcrafted.
- Damage or deterioration occurring after successful delivery, including failure to refrigerate or follow storage instructions.
- Claims submitted without sufficient supporting evidence.
5. Reporting an Issue

Please include:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging.
- An unboxing video (where available) to assist with verification of transit-related issues.
6. Verification
All claims are reviewed by our Quality Assurance team.
One More reserves the sole discretion to determine whether a claim qualifies for a refund or replacement after completing the verification process. We may request additional information or evidence before making a decision.
7. Resolution
If your claim is approved:
- A replacement may be offered where reasonably possible.
- If a replacement is not feasible, a full or partial refund may be issued to the original payment method.
Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
8. Delivery Delays
Minor delivery delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, operational constraints, or delivery partner issues do not automatically qualify for a refund.
However, if a delay materially affects the safety or quality of the product, we will review the matter on a case-by-case basis.
9. Fraud Prevention
One More reserves the right to reject claims that are false, misleading, abusive, repetitive, or unsupported by adequate evidence.
Fraudulent or abusive claims may result in:
- Refusal of refunds or replacements.
- Refusal of future orders.
- Any other remedies available under applicable law.
