Welcome to One More, a brand of Krave More Foods Pvt. Ltd. Every One More dessert is freshly prepared to order using quality ingredients with zero added preservatives. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we process and deliver your order.
1. Delivery Area
Currently, One More delivers only within Bengaluru, Karnataka. We reserve the right to expand, restrict, or modify our delivery zones without prior notice.
2. Delivery Partners
Orders may be delivered through trusted third-party logistics partners, including Porter and other authorized delivery partners selected by One More.
3. Order Processing
Orders are prepared only after successful payment confirmation. Since products are made fresh to order, preparation time varies depending on the product and order volume.
4. Estimated Delivery
Estimated delivery times displayed on the website are indicative only and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by traffic, weather, public holidays, local restrictions, high demand, operational issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
5. Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, landmark, and contact number. Incorrect information may result in delays or unsuccessful delivery.
6. Customer Availability
The recipient should be available to receive the order at the scheduled delivery time. If the customer is unavailable after reasonable delivery attempts, the order may be treated as completed or cancelled due to the perishable nature of the products.
7. Inspection on Delivery
Customers are requested to inspect the order immediately upon delivery. Any issue relating to incorrect items, missing products, contamination, or packaging damage should be reported promptly with photographs.
8. Product Care
Because our desserts contain zero added preservatives, customers should refrigerate or consume products according to the storage instructions provided.
One More cannot be responsible for quality issues arising after successful delivery due to improper storage or handling.
9. Failed Deliveries
Refunds will generally not be provided where delivery cannot be completed because of:
- Incorrect address.
- Incorrect contact details.
- Customer unavailable.
- Refusal to accept the order.
10. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges, if applicable, are displayed during checkout before payment.
11. Force Majeure
One More is not liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, strikes, transport disruptions, government restrictions, internet outages, or natural disasters.
