2. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable Indian law. If you are under 18 years of age, you may use the website only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Freshly Prepared Products

All One More products are freshly prepared to order using quality ingredients and contain zero added preservatives.

Our desserts are handcrafted in small batches. Minor variations in colour, decoration, toppings, texture, size, or appearance may occur and are a natural result of the preparation process. Such variations do not constitute defects or quality issues.

4. Freshness, Storage & Consumption

Because our products contain zero added preservatives, they are highly perishable and are intended to be consumed within the recommended shelf life stated on the packaging or accompanying instructions.

Customers must follow all storage and handling instructions, including refrigerating products immediately where required.

One More shall not be responsible for any deterioration, spoilage, reduction in quality, or food safety issues resulting from:

  • Failure to follow storage instructions.
  • Delayed refrigeration.
  • Improper handling after delivery.
  • Transportation after delivery by the customer.
  • Consumption beyond the recommended shelf life.

Customers should not consume products that have been improperly stored or have exceeded their recommended consumption period.

5. Allergens & Food Safety

Our kitchen handles ingredients that may include:

  • Milk and dairy products
  • Wheat (gluten)
  • Soy
  • Peanuts
  • Tree nuts
  • Sesame
  • Cocoa and chocolate
  • Eggs (where applicable)

Although we maintain strict hygiene and food safety practices, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens due to the possibility of cross-contact during preparation.

Customers with food allergies, dietary restrictions, or sensitivities are strongly encouraged to contact us before placing an order. It is the customer's responsibility to inform us of any dietary concerns before purchasing.

One More follows applicable food safety and hygiene practices and operates under FSSAI Licence No. 21221194000482.

6. Orders

Orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order that:

  • Appears fraudulent.
  • Violates these Terms.
  • Cannot reasonably be fulfilled.
  • Contains incorrect pricing due to technical or human error.

7. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).

Prices, promotions, taxes, delivery charges, and product availability may change without prior notice.

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment has been received.

8. Delivery

Currently, One More delivers only within Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary because of traffic, weather, festivals, operational constraints, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk in the products passes to the customer upon successful delivery.

9. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing complete and accurate delivery information.
  • Being available to receive their order.
  • Inspecting the order immediately upon delivery.
  • Refrigerating products where required.
  • Promptly reporting any verified quality or food safety concerns.

10. Cancellations, Refunds & Replacements

As every order is freshly prepared, cancellations may only be accepted before preparation begins.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted.

Refunds or replacements may be considered only for verified cases including:

  • Incorrect product delivered.
  • Missing items.
  • Product received in an unsafe or contaminated condition.
  • Product received beyond its safe consumption period.
  • Verified quality issues.

Claims should be reported promptly with clear photographs and order details. One More reserves the right to investigate every claim before approving any replacement or refund. Where appropriate, a replacement may be offered before a refund.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, trademarks, product names, photographs, graphics, packaging designs, text, software, and other intellectual property are owned by Krave More Foods Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

12. Acceptable Use

Users must not:

  • Misuse the website.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
  • Interfere with website functionality.
  • Upload malicious software.
  • Place fraudulent or abusive orders.
  • Use the website for unlawful purposes.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, One More's total liability shall not exceed the value of the affected order.

One More shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, illness, injury, or deterioration arising from:

  • Failure to follow storage or handling instructions.
  • Undisclosed allergies, intolerances, or dietary sensitivities.
  • Mishandling after delivery.
  • Consumption beyond the recommended shelf life.
  • Unauthorized modification, repackaging, resale, or misuse of the product.
  • Events beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

14. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, government restrictions, strikes, transport disruptions, pandemics, power failures, internet outages, or other force majeure events.

15. Privacy

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have jurisdiction over disputes, subject to applicable law.
